Bhante Vimalaramsi is a Buddhist Theravadin American Monk of 20 years now back in the US teaching in Missouri. After years of intensive sitting practice, of sometimes 22hrs per day, in Burma, Thailand and Sri Lanka he has gained new insights, which seem to have been missed by modern day Buddhist meditators regarding the solutions to problems in there sitting practice.
